Job Description: We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled educators to join our team as Part-Time Teachers. The ideal candidates will have a passion for teaching young learners (PreK and above) and a strong aptitude in any of the following areas:

1. Technology Skills: AI, Machine Learning (ML), Robotics, Coding (e.g., Scratch, Python, or similar), LLM, Data Science.

2. Academic skills: Olympiad Mathematics or Science

3. Softskills: Visualisation, presentation, motivational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop engaging lesson plans tailored to the age group and skill level of students.

• Conduct interactive and hands-on classes to foster a love for learning.

• Adapt teaching strategies to cater to different learning styles and needs.

• Monitor students' progress and provide feedback to both parents and learners.

• Collaborate with other educators to create a dynamic learning environment.

• Inspire creativity, problem-solving, and confidence in students.

• Delivery of the class can be in English or/and Chinese.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or undergraduate in Computer Science, Communication, Business level English or Chinese or related fields (preferred).

• Experience teaching PreK children and above, or a strong interest in working with young learners.

• For AI/ML/Coding roles: Proficiency in teaching concepts like machine learning, AI tools, and beginner-friendly programming languages

• Strong communication skills and a positive, energetic teaching style.

• Flexibility to work part-time hours, including weekends or after-school sessions as required.

• Patience and enthusiasm for cultivating young minds.
